Supply Chain Manager (gn)

Your Role
  • You are responsible for strategic & tactical supply chain planning for two German plants as well as for Contract Manufacturing 
  • You monitor operational production outcomes and drive the continuous improvement of planning parameters with focus on material flows and supplier structure 
  • You responsibly manage communication and negotiations with external production and logistics partners, ensuring transparent, sustainable documentation of all related processes 
  • You manage related inventory levels to meet production and sales demands while minimizing carrying costs 
  • You proactively support and follow-up on production-related complaints 
  • In close collaboration with other departments, you develop and implement procedures to identify and qualify new suppliers 
  • You manage and maintain all relevant processes and documentation in compliance with company standards within the QM and ERP systems 
  • You support and lead production and supply chain related projects 
  • You negotiate contracts, prices and terms for external production and logistics services
What you should bring to this position
  • You hold a degree in Business Administration, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or a comparable field 
  • You have a background in production planning, supply chain or manufacturing coordination  
  • Next to very good communication and negotiation skills, your analytical thinking, problem-solving and strong organizational skills set you apart 
  • Ideally, you have first experience in project management
  • You enjoy working with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
  • You bring a high level of initiative, decisiveness, and a hands-on mentality
  • Your profile is rounded off by excellent German and English language skills

Das sind deine Aufgaben
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die strategische und taktische Lieferkettenplanung für zwei deutsche Werke, sowie für die Auftragsfertigung
  • Du überwachst die operativen Produktionsergebnisse und treibst die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Planungsparameter mit Fokus auf Materialflüsse und Lieferantenstruktur voran
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Kommunikation und Verhandlungen mit externen Produktions- und Logistikpartnern und sorgst für eine transparente, nachhaltige Dokumentation aller damit verbundenen Prozesse
  • Du verwaltest die Lagerbestände, um den Produktions- und Vertriebsanforderungen gerecht zu werden und gleichzeitig Lagerkosten zu minimieren
  • Du unterstützt und verfolgst proaktiv produktionsbezogene Beschwerden
  • Du entwickelst und implementierst in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen Verfahren zur Identifizierung und Qualifizierung neuer Lieferanten
  • Du verwaltest und pflegst alle relevanten Prozesse und Dokumentation in Übereinstimmung mit den Unternehmensstandards innerhalb der QM- und ERP Systeme
  • Du unterstützt und leitest Projekte im Zusammenhang mit der Produktion und der Lieferkette
  • Du verhandelst Verträge, Preise und Konditionen für externe Produktions- und Logistikdienstleistungen
Das bringst du für die Position mit
  • Du hast einen Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Logistik oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Produktionsplanung, Lieferketten- oder Fertigungskoordination
  • Neben sehr guter Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch zeichnet du dich durch analytisches Denken, Problemlösungskompetenz und ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten aus
  • Idealerweise verfügst du über Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement
  • Du arbeitest gerne mit Microsoft Excel und ERP-Systemen, vorzugsweise mit Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
  • Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Entscheidungsfreudigkeit und eine Hands-on-Mentalität mit
