Das sind deine Aufgaben

Du verantwortest die Steuerung und Optimierung aller operativen Geschäftsprozesse an den Produktionsstandorten Bremen und Visbek (+35 Mitarbeitende)
Du koordinierst effiziente Abläufe in Produktion, Logistik und Supply Chain
Dabei stellst du stets die Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Kosten- und Zeitvorgaben sowie gesetzlicher und behördlicher Vorgaben sicher
Du fungierst als Koordinator in der Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen (z. B. Vertrieb, Einkauf, HR, IT) und Geschäftspartnern
Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Operations-Teams und förderst aktiv die Weiterentwicklung deiner Mitarbeitenden
Du planst und verantwortest das Budget im operativen Bereich
Z.B. durch Analyse von Kennzahlen leitest du Maßnahmen zur Effizienzsteigerung und setzt diese dann auch in Projekten zur Prozessverbesserung (z. B. Lean Management, Digitalisierung) um

Das bringst du für die Position mit

Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Logistik oder vergleichbar
mindestens 5-7 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion, idealerweise in einer Futtermittel- oder Lebensmittelproduktion, haben Dich auf diese Aufgabe vorbereitet
Dein analytisches Denkvermögen und deine organisatorischen Fähigkeiten zeichnen Dich aus
Du verfügst über Erfahrung sowohl in der Führung von Teams als auch im Projektmanagment
Du hast Spaß am Arbeiten mit Microsoft Excel und ERP-Systemen, vorzugsweise Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Entscheidungsfreude und Hands- on- Mentalität mit
Sehr gute Deutsch -und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab

How you contribute to our mission

You are responsible for managing and optimizing all operational business processes at our productions sites Bremen and Visbek (+35 Heads)
You coordinate efficient workflows in production, logistics, and supply chain
You ensure compliance with quality, cost, and time targets as well as legal and regulatory requirements at all times
You act as a coordinator in collaboration with other departments (e.g., Sales, Procurement, HR, IT) and business partners
You take on both the professional and disciplinary leadership of the Operations team and actively promote the development of your employees
You plan and manage the budget within the operational area
Based on data analysis and key performance indicators, you derive and implement measures to increase efficiency — for example, through process improvement projects such as Lean Management or digitalization initiatives

What you should bring to this position

You hold a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a comparable field.
You have at least 5–7 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally within the feed or food production industry
Your analytical thinking and strong organizational skills set you apart
You have proven experience in leading teams and in project management
You enjoy working with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
You bring a high level of initiative, decisiveness, and a hands-on mentality
Your profile is rounded off by excellent German and English language skills
